Exhibitor Investment
Standard Booth Space:
All standard booth space rents for just $12.00 per
square foot. Add $100 for each corner.
Standard booth size is 10’ x 10’.
Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes:
- 8’ high back drape
- 3’ high side rails
- 6’ skirted table
- Two (2) side chairs
- 7” x 44” company identification sign
- Wastebasket
- Two (2) exhibit badges for the first 100 square feet of space. One (1)
additional badge for each additional 100 square feet of space.
Equipment Display Space:
All equipment (bulk) space at 400 or more square
feet (20’ x 20’) rents at only $9.00 per square foot. Add $100
for each corner.
Each equipment space includes:
- 6’ skirted table
- Two (2) side chairs
- Wastebasket
- Ten (10) exhibit badges per company
Space Assignment
To reserve booth space, a deposit of $500 per 10’ x 10’ booth
must be submitted with the space application. The balance is due by Friday,
April 18, 2008. All applications received after Friday, April 18, 2008 must
include full payment amount. Applications received without deposits or
deposits made without an application will not be processed and space
assignment will not be made.

Whenever possible, space assignments will be made based upon preference
indicated on the exhibit space application based on the order of receipt. In all
cases, Show Management will make final determination in the best interest of the
show.
Field Days Equipment Demonstration/Display Area*
The ISA 2008 St. Louis Field Days and International Tree Climbing
Championship will be held on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27.
Field Days space rental fees are $500 per 20’x30’ booth.
*Your company must exhibit at the Trade Show to be eligible to exhibit at Field Days.
Additional Marketing Offerings
- Trade Show - Passport to Prizes - Bring more traffic to your booth by
participating in the Passport to Prizes. At registration, all attendees
receive a “passport” and must stop by the booths of all participating
exhibitors’ listed on the passport in order to earn a chance to win fabulous
prizes. Exhibitor Investment - $500.
