Conference Registration
Co/secondary presenters at the ISA international conference receive
a complimentary Day Only registration for the day of their presentation. Only one
secondary presenter will receive the complimentary registration. Any additional
presenters must register on their own.
Registration for additional activities or registration for a
spouse/guest should be indicated on your conference registration form by the
appointed deadline in order to receive the lowest ticketed price. All costs
incurred for these additional activities are the responsibility of the
presenter.
Do not register online. Presenters must complete the
registration form provided in your assigned speaker kit and submit it to Lisa
Gadbury by May 26, 2008. You may fax the form to 217-531-2824.
